In order to access HR knowledge assets and services, workers expect organizations to implement technologies  such as mobile computing, social media, data and data analytics,  and the Internet of Things (IoT). HR must offer the same level of functionality workers are accustomed to in their private lives.  Supporting the HR mission of talent, learning, and knowledge management while meeting employee expectations requires an HR digital strategy.
