My Story

When I founded Restek Consulting, I set out to help organizations use technology and innovative learning strategies to solve real workplace challenges. What began as a focus on online learning quickly expanded as I completed my doctorate in Human Resource Development, specializing in technology for HR professionals.

Along the way, I pioneered one of the first online versions of Action Learning—a leadership development and collaborative problem-solving approach--and I named it Action e-Learning. This innovative online version made the powerful Action Learning methodology accessible to organizations regardless of location. That experience shaped my belief that technology should make learning and organizational development more practical, engaging, and effective. Additionally, I discovered the cost savings of designing online alternatives.

Today, after decades of HR consulting, university teaching, and the publication of two textbooks, I partner with organizations to develop practical, cost-effective solutions in leadership development, workforce learning, talent management, HR strategy, and digital transformation.
